Back in 1998, before the word “blog” had been coined, I started a blog. It was called the Joel S. Dudas Netscape Life Magazine. Mainly used an instrument used to procrastinate working on my master’s thesis, the writings and entertainment products were what they were….products of a young, naive mind, taking advantage of the early thrill of the internet, which back then held so much promise. (Oooops!!! Our bad!) Anyway, most people would be too embarrassed to post their youthful writings, but I am way past that. Plus, this is a picture of the early internet in its pre-commercialized, pre-censored form, back in the blissfully pre-Woke good days of the 1990s and early 21st century where throngs of ignorant, insufferable, brainwashed faux-victims looked to take offense – and destructively act on that offense – at any thought other than theirs.
So enjoy, compliments of the internet Wayback Machine. I’ve changed a lot in some ways over the years, which masochists reading all this will observe. Others will just hit the Back button and go back to a Twitter feed. Progress!
